Shipping Policies
Most orders are shipped same day. Most UPS ground orders arrive 3 - 5 business days from the date of shipment. We only ship to the contiguous 48 states and to Alaska and Hawaii because of compliance with regulations processing international orders.
We use a variety of shipping companies including UPS, FedEx, RPS, and USPS. Tracking your order UPS tracking numbers are sent out by e-mail when orders are shipped.
Orders or items that are considered oversized by UPS standards may have additional shipping charges added to them that are not reflected in your online invoice at time of checkout.
Return Policy
All warranties, stated or implied, are held with the product manufacturer and they vary from item to item. Consult the documentation that came with your purchase for details.
YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE SENDING ANYTHING BACK TO US. Jim's Hunting Supplies will not accept returns for merchandise that has been used in any way and/or not in resalable condition. If any item has been used and discovered to be defective, it must go back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Some items we will NOT issue RA numbers for any reason (even if we are contacted within the 15 days after the date of delivery). We Will Not issue RA numbers if we are contacted any time over the 15 days from date of delivery - no exceptions. If we send you the wrong item by mistake, we will ship out the correct item with no shipping charges to you once the incorrect item was returned and a 10% discount on your next order. Items may be returned only in the original packing, and all documentation must be included. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from our Online Store. If you need to return your order send us an e-mail with the product information, date of purchase, and the reason you are returning it, within 15 days from the date of delivery, and we'll make immediate arrangements for returning it. Orders that have been shipped may or may not be stopped. If after an order ships, you decide you do not want the product, you still must accept the shipment, request a Return Authorization Number, and return the package per our instructions.
Only most new, unused equipment (unless otherwise noted), items may be returned for a full refund (minus freight charges and 15% restocking fee) within 15 days of date of delivery, provided the items are returned to us freight pre-paid. If the merchandise you receive is defective, call us for instructions. Jim's Hunting Supplies is not responsible for miss-prints or errors in product pricing, pictures, or descriptions. Some product images may not exactly represent the items. Please refer to the product description for exact item attributes.
Backorder Policy
If the merchandise you wish to receive is out of stock, a refund/credit will be issued promptly. All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.
Damaged Goods Policy
We will pay for return shipping on any defective merchandise. Based on the manufacturer's and our supplying warehouse's policies, some defective products must be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Privacy Statement
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
